The Anua Peach 77 Niacin Essence Toner gently exfoliates the stratum corneum, softens, and smooths, perfectly preparing the skin for makeup. It has a thick gel texture that leaves a moist finish and gives off a black tea and peach fragrance.
It helps to tighten pores and normalize sebum production, preventing oily shine. It provides smoothness, evens out skin tone, and imparts a healthy glow, while also hydrating and strengthening the skin’s barrier. The formula is based on a 77% PEACHNIA™ complex, consisting of fermented peach extract. The peaches for the complex are harvested from Jeju Island and fermented for 120 hours at low temperatures, which helps preserve the maximum amount of vitamins, polyphenols, and minerals. Peach extract helps maintain smoothness and purity of the skin, gently brightening the complexion.
The toner contains 2% Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), a multifunctional ingredient with proven effectiveness. Niacinamide prevents excessive sebum secretion, tightens enlarged pores, and inhibits the transportation of melanin pigment to the upper layers of the epidermis, thus preventing the formation of pigmentation spots. It enhances the skin’s barrier functions, evens out skin tone, and stimulates collagen production.
Additional active ingredients:
- Alpha-Arbutin: Suppresses melanin production, brightens and eliminates dull skin tone, reduces puffiness, and has antiseptic and antioxidant effects, slowing down the aging process.
- Ascorbyl Glucoside: A stable form of Vitamin C that stimulates collagen production, brightens pigmentation spots, evens out skin texture, and acts as an antioxidant.
- Ascorbic Acid: An unstable form of Vitamin C with the most powerful brightening and anti-aging effects.
- Betaine Salicylate: A mild form of BHA, a combination of salicylic acid and the moisturizing agent betaine. It penetrates pores, dissolves excess sebum, brightens sebaceous filaments and blackheads, and prevents pore blockage.
- Streptococcus Thermophilus Enzyme: A component derived from bacteria living at the ocean floor. It protects the epidermis structure from destructive enzymes, prevents oxidative stress, and supports skin elasticity and smoothness.
- Galactomyces: Known for its ability to break down nutrients and increase their penetration depth in the epidermis, restore healthy cell function, improve blood circulation, smooth the micro-relief, and tone the skin.
- Phellinus Linteus Extract (Sang Hwan Mushroom): An antioxidant with effects comparable to Vitamin C. It has anti-aging properties, suppresses free radicals, and has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-allergic effects. It accelerates cell regeneration, supports skin firmness and elasticity.
