This lightweight sunscreen cream with an emulsion texture provides reliable protection with physical filters, ensuring no white residue or marks.
The sunscreen contains two main physical filters: Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide. Physical filters are advantageous because they reflect rather than absorb UV rays. With larger molecules, physical filters prevent deep penetration into the skin. They create a weightless barrier on the surface that repels harmful ultraviolet rays without causing skin irritation. Physical filters activate protection immediately upon application, unlike chemical filters, which require time to penetrate the skin.
The key component of the cream, as with the entire line, is Centella Asiatica extract from Madagascar, which is cultivated and harvested under special conditions. Due to its purity, the extract’s effectiveness is enhanced, and beneficial microcomponents are preserved. Centella is well-known for its soothing and healing properties. It effectively addresses redness and irritation, and helps stimulate the synthesis of natural collagen.
An interesting combination in this cream includes Niacinamide and the patented ingredient MadeWhite™. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) is a popular brightening component in cosmetics. Vitamin B3 effectively blocks melanin synthesis, lightens pigmentation and post-acne marks, and regulates sebum production. MadeWhite™, as its name suggests, is also a brightening ingredient derived from Centella’s Madecassoside. MadeWhite™ shares similar soothing properties and a strong ability to suppress melanin synthesis.
The cream features a lightweight texture that does not feel heavy and is suitable for all skin types.
